Matt grew up in South Alabama and attended The University of Alabama, where he studied finance to begin his career as an Investment Advisor for nearly ten years before moving to Los Angeles. In LA, Matt took a position as the Sr Director of Strategic Alliances for a compliance consulting firm. Understandably, his prior work experience, and Innovative HIA’s continuous focus on customer service and industry compliance, led him to becoming the VP of Business Development and a member of Innovative HIA’s tremendous team.
